FAF SARL provides its services to you via www.burfitt.com, subject to the following conditions. FAF SARL and www.burfitt.com may be referred to on this site simply as "BURFITT". If you visit or shop at www.burfitt.com, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit www.burfitt.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically, and you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by electronic mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Unless otherwise indicated, all content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, data compilations, is the property of FAF SARL, or its content suppliers and protected by International copyright laws. YOUR ACCOUNT
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. BURFITT does not sell products to children, nor does it intend for its site to be accessed by children under the age of 13. All products sold on www.burfitt.com are intended to be sold to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use www.burfitt.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. BURFITT reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
We accept returns 15 days after delivery. Returned products should not have been worn, washed or used. All returns are subject to approval after contacting us directly: + 33 1 44 64 06 96 or by emailing us at shop@burfitt.com. Returns will not be accepted without our prior approval. We will send you instructions on where and how to return your product for a refund of its purchase price. Shipping costs are not refundable except for defective items or items sent in error. Defective items will be exchanged for the same items. Defective returns that are found to be non-defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Do not discard any packaging or invoices until you are completely satisfied with the products shipped. Items returned without the original packaging may be refused. All our products are sold with our 30-day guarantee against defects. Defective merchandise will be replaced at our charge. All non-defective, unopened returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns are subject to the following: Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable. Returns should be shipped insured, as BURFITT assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments. Save your tracking numbers, as they will be necessary if your return is lost in transit to us. Your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All products must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of all items in your order. The shipping cost charged at the time of purchase represents an estimate using standard shipping. Orders will be processed within 72 hours after reception.
JURISDICTION
Any litigation regarding this agreement, or any transaction between a customer and FAF SARL (www.burfitt.com) shall be brought to the state or federal courts located in Paris, FRANCE and the customer hereby agrees and submits to such jurisdiction and venue as proper.
